Foodie

I enjoy challenging myself to make my own food at home instead of consuming too much processed food. For example, making bread without flour or added sugar, making my own burger patties and sausage without salt and so on. I am not fond of eating food with too many ingredients or words I am not familiar with.

I am very unconventional when cooking, so I rarely ever follow a set recipe. But over the years, I realise that although I have no written recipe, it is all committed to memory, so I just prepare the meals on auto pilot. Hope the recipes work for you as well.

Happy cooking!
