HOW TO MAKE A BEEF CHEESE BURGER AT HOME

Beef Cheese Burger (1/2 Pound)

THIS BEEF CHEESE BURGER IS PERFECTION! This is the ultimate 1/2 pound beef cheese burger, homemade with the ideal mix of herbs and spices and cooked to perfection on the stove top. No grill needed.

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 pounds Ground Beef

1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

1 tablespoon Onion Powder

1 teaspoon Paprika

1 teaspoon Ground Pepper

1 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Green Seasoning

1 tsp Spicy Jerk Seasoning

For 2 Burgers:

2 slices Mozzarella Cheese slices

2 large Burger Buns, toasted

Lettuce

2 slices Tomato

*Add more garnish if you wish

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and all the seasoning. Mix just enough to combine.

2. Divide into 1/2 pound (8 oz) portions and form patties using a mould or just your hands.

3. Preheat your frying pan (use a grill if you have one) to high heat and add burger patties.

4. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip. Cook for 2 minutes. Then cover and cook for another 2 minutes.

5. Add cheese. Then cover for 1 minute or until the cheese melts.

6. Remove burger meat from heat and add to burger bun.

7. Garnish with lettuce, tomato or your preferred condiments.

8. Serve immediately.

NOTES:

1. Use as much or as little jerk seasoning or one at all

2. Toasting burger bun is optional

3. Make sure patty is nicely compact before cooking

4. Cook longer if you want a more well done burger, I like mind medium to medium well.

5. To store in freezer: line each uncooked patty with wax or grease paper, stack and wrap with plastic
