Jamaican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

·  1                  chocolate ball (1/2 cup when grated)

·  2 cups          water

·  1 cup            coconut milk

·  1/2 cup        sugar

·  1 tsp             mixed spice

·  2 tsp             cinnamon / 2 cinnamon leaves

·  2 tbsp           vanilla

·  A pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
  2. Add the pinch of salt and chocolate ball
  3. Boil until chocolate ball is fully dissolved
  4. Add all remaining ingredients
  5. Boil for 5 minutes
  6. Strain mixture.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
